Information and request for consent to the processing of personal data
Notice, pursuant to and for the purposes of article 13, Legislative Decree no. 30 June 2003 n. 196 Privacy Policy.
 
In compliance with the Legislative Decree. 30 June 2003 n. 196 (Privacy Consolidation Act) and subsequent changes, we are to provide the necessary information regarding the processing of your personal data in our possession.
Purposes of the processing for which consent is given where required (art. 23 Legislative Decree no. 196/03).
 
Voluntarily personal data provided will be processed for the following purposes:
  • administrative activities strictly connected and instrumental to the management of relations with customers (ie. acquisition of preliminary information to the conclusion of a contract, execution of operations on the basis of obligations arising from contracts concluded with customers, etc.);
  • accounting operations (to issue invoices, payments) and possible data transfers abroad also in countries outside U.E. within legal limits;
  • supply of goods and services and for the protection of credit positions arising;
  • informative activities, for the formalization of requests for information about products, services, for the preparation of quotations or tenders;
  • events and promotional initiatives of the company, join a mailing list, business and statistics activities.
 
Processing methods - Conservation
The processing will be carried out automatically and/or manually, with methods and tools to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, by parties authorized to do and in compliance with the requirements of Art. 31 et seq. Legislative Decree 196/03. The data will be kept for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed.
 
Communication and distribution
Your data will not be disclosed, could be communicated to companies related to Naval Compositi Ltd, abroad and/or within the UE territory, in accordance with and within the limits of Art. 42 of Legislative Decree. N. 196/2003. The personal data may be transferred abroad to non-EU countries under and in accordance with art. 44 letter. b) of Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003. In this regard we state that the holder of the data processing operates solely with subjects that have accepted "Safe Harbor Principles concerning confidentiality" (Safe Harbor agreement) in order to comply with contractual obligations or related purposes. The data may be disclosed to third parties belonging to the following categories:
  • suppliers of services for the management of the IT system used by Naval Compositi Ltd and telecommunications networks (including by e-mail);
  • service companies for the acquisition, recording and processing of data from documents, or supports supplied and created by customers themselves, concerning massive operations related to payments, bills, checks and other securities;
  • providers of customer support activities (eg. Call center, help desk, etc.).
  • firms or companies providing assistance and advice;
  • persons providing control, review, and certification of the activities carried out by Naval Compositi Ltd also in the interests of the clients.

The subjects belonging to the above categories have the function of the data processing manager, or as acting independently as distinct Holders of the treatment. The list of these subjects, constantly updated, is available at the office in San Canzian d’Isonzo (GO). Any further communication and diffusion will be subject to your explicit consent.
 
Nature of transfer
The provision of data is optional, in absence, Naval Compositi Ltd may not be able to supply the services, necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations, accounting and tax. The data controller also states that any non-communication or miscommunication, of one of the obligatory information might cause the following consequences: 1) the inability of the owner to ensure compliance of data processing and contractual arrangements to which it is performed; 2) the possible incompatibility of the data processing results with the obligations imposed by the fiscal, administrative or labor which it is addressed.
You can claim your rights as expressed by art. 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Legislative Decree no. 30 June 2003 n. 196 by contacting the owner of the data processing, our Company in the person of its legal representative who can be contacted for the exercise of rights under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03 by contacting our headquarters by telephone, or by sending an email to the email address listed in the contact section.
 
Article 7. Right of access to personal data and other rights
1) The user has right to obtain confirmation or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form
2) The user has the right to obtain information: a) the origin of personal data; b) the purposes and methods of treatment; c) the logic applied in case of processing with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the identity of the owner, manager and the designated representative under Article 5, paragraph 2 of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data can be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State territory managers or appointees
3) Subject has the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) the cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data processed against the law, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except if this requirement It proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right
4) Subject has the right to oppose in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes; b) to the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
The session cookies used are intended to expedite the analysis of internet traffic and facilitate user access to services offered by the site, with their use of non-personal data is transmitted it acquired and are not used for user tracking systems.
